Accessible content = Lower risk

Under Australia's Disability Discrimination Act of 1992 companies with websites on an Australian server must give equal access to that content to people disabilities.

When you think that 1 in 6 people in Australia have some form of disability, that's a lot of people. The risk of someone reporting your site if it's not accessible is quite real.

On a brighter note, if you make your content accessible and easy to read for all forms of disability, image the number of prospective customers you've added to your audience.
